Information we collect

When you request a quote or make a booking we collect the details needed to perform the ride: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, flight number, passenger and luggage counts, and any special instructions such as child seat requirements or gated community access names.

Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers. We also collect standard technical data - browser type, pages visited and approximate location - to keep the website working and to understand how it is used.

How we use your information

We use booking information solely to deliver the transportation you requested: dispatching a driver, tracking your flight, contacting you about the pickup, and processing payment. Contact details may be used to send booking confirmations, driver details and service updates related to your trip.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the driver assigned to your ride, our payment processor, and service providers strictly necessary to operate the booking system.

Flight information

When you provide a flight number, we use flight status services to track arrival times and adjust your pickup automatically. This lookup uses only the flight number, never your personal details.

Data retention

Booking records are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes for the period required by Florida and federal law, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask for its deletion where the law permits, by emailing [email protected].

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the cookies necessary for the booking flow to work, plus privacy-respecting aggregate analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights
